Energy Balls

Gluten Free Sweet

Likened to oatmeal cookie dough, this recipe is one of our personal favorites. It is quick and easy - a treat that will be loved by kids and adults.

1 cup oats

1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1/2 cup nut butter

1/3 cup date syrup

1/2 cup ground flax seeds

1/2 cup shaved chocolate or mini chocolate chips

Combine all of the ingredients together until well mixed. Chill for 20-40 minutes. Roll into 1-in balls and keep in an airtight container until ready to eat.
