Vegan Pumpkin Muffins

This recipe is hard to beat if you're looking for a cane sugar free pumpkin muffin recipe! 

2 cups flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon allspice

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1 cup pureed pumpkin (fresh or from a can)

1 cup date syrup

1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

Mix dry ingredients together and then add wet ingredients to the dry mixture. Bake in 375 oven for 20 minutes.
