Superfood Granola

ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup whole almonds
2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/3 cup Date Lady Pure Date Syrup
1/4 cup Date Lady Date Sugar
3 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1½ Tbsp raw sunflower seeds
1½Tbsp flax meal
2 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp goji berries
1/4 cup dried apricots chopped
1/3 cup Date Lady Organic Dates pitted and choppe

method

1. Preheat oven to 275°F
2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl aside from dried fruit (apricots, goji berries, dates) Mix with spatula.
3. Line baking sheet with parchment and spread granola evenly.
4. Bake about 20-30 minutes. Once cooled, add dried fruit.

notes

This is our favorite granola recipe to  "date"! It's gorgeously delicious, nourishing and best of all - stays crunchy!

Store in an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks.
