Pumpkin Spice Latte w/Smoked Maple Date Syrup
1 cup oatmilk
2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
2 Tbsp Smoked Maple Date Syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup hot espresso or strong coffee
(optional) whipped cream
1. Mix together all ingredients (except for whipped cream) and transfer to a sauce pan.
2. Heat until hot, but be careful not to boil.
3. Remove from heat into your special mug and add your favorite toppings: whipped cream, drizzle Smoked Maple Date Syrup etc.
