1 cup of protein oats
1/4 cup of date syrup
1/4 cup of peanut butter
24oz of yogurt
Favorite Fruit


1. Combine protein oats, peanut butter, and syrup in a small bowl. Mix until well combined.
2. Layer the bottom of each cupcake liner with oat mixture.
3. Fill liners 3/4 full with yogurt and top with favorite fruits.
4. Freeze for 3-4 hours.
