Chocolate Mousse Cups

ingredients

 1 3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp milk or milk substitute of choice
1 cup (320 grams) of date paste
6 oz unsweetened chocolate bar, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla



method

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. It will firm up quickly. Spoon into cups and chill!

Delicious as icing on cupcakes as well! Blend longer for more whipped texture.
